Character Registry

This is where you can make your character list thread for Every RP. This way people can easily just comment with their character Descriptions and link it to the actual rp. With this we eliminate all that senseless clutter in a thread and redundant editing.
You can also put more minor characters in your character list. If a thread is locked that means you are not allowed to join that rp. You can read it, but not join it. This is so all people can have their own rp without worrying about others randomly jumping in. This goes for ALL Rp! Thank you.
